The pre-show starts at 8:00pm, with Dwight Drummond and Merella Fernandez in the Square. This year, local bands and performers will take to the stage at 9:00pm to showcase the diverse music talent that is thriving in the G.T.A. -- CARRIED AWAY, THE MIDWAY STATE, SKYE SWEETNAM, SAMBA SQUAD and GRAND:PM and will get thousands of New Year's revelers into the party mood as we near the end of 2007 and prepare for our telecast at 11:00pm.
